6-Month Standard Part Warranty

Most parts include our 6-month standard part-only warranty at no extra cost. Coverage ends after 6 months or if the part has been driven over 8,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Unless otherwise stated on your invoice, this is the default warranty provided.

1-Year Extended Warranty

Want extra peace of mind? Our 1-year extended warranty covers most parts. Labor is not included and must be purchased separately.
Warranty coverage ends after 1 year or 20,000 additional miles, whichever comes first.

3-Year Extended Warranty

Our 3-Year Warranty is the safest and most comprehensive option.
Coverage ends after 3 years or 75,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Available for most parts. Ask your salesperson for eligibility.

Labor Protection Warranty

Protect your investment with one of our Labor Protection Plans:

• $600 Labor Coverage for $120 (engines & transmissions)

• $250 Labor Coverage for $60 (most small mechanical parts)

Labor claims are paid at up to $55/hour based on industry-standard book time.
Fluids are not included. Parts must be installed by a Matlock’s certified installer.

Need more coverage?
Customize your warranty with our "Name-Your-Amount" Labor Warranty:

• Get labor protection for 25% of the amount you want covered.
  Example: $1,000 coverage = $250 cost
  Coverage available at up to $125/hour, based on book time.

Labor claims require part return, proper installation, and no overdue invoices or core returns.

1-Year Warranty on Sheet Metal (In Stock Only)

All sheet metal parts from Matlock’s come with a 1-year warranty against rust or corrosion holes.
This warranty does not cover:

• Accidents or impact damage

• Hail, salt exposure, or vandalism

• Misuse or abuse
